Why is there always at least one black guy in many mainstream American movies?

Is usually a sidekick guy. Often he dies at some point, but not always.

He is often like the buddy of the 'hero' character.

Can anybody explain it to me please?

I'm from abroad %26amp; I would like to know.

Thank you!|||political correctness. You need a good black man. But he can't be the central character, because the most Americans are white.

And there is a utopy. Black und white men work together and they have contacts than only in buiness or work.
