Any good American movies to show 14-15 year-old Japanese girls?

I teach a cultural understanding class to a handful of 3rd year students at a junior high school in Japan. Since I'm from America, I want to show a movie that is both educational (shows American culture) and interesting. They don't want to watch anything scary, so no horror movies. Also, nothing with blatant sexual themes please! Any good comedies that aren't overrun with scenes that you wouldn't understand unless you've grown up in America?|||Mean Girls.

I just watched 'Fever Pitch' .. it was a good fun movie.

(2005) with Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon

Happy ending.

Clueless

Horse Whisperer was a good family movie..but its sev years old

Not so much of the city culture but great views of the US countryside

So many are animations or inner city /gang related or too risque.

I liked Legally Blonde movie, but Beverly Hills teens dont quite portray the avg teenager in the US

All the teens like those Hannah Montana movies a couple years ago.

Ive not seen them.

Entertainment %26amp; Music %26gt; Movies Category... might be a good category to ask this question also. Movie buffs hang out there)|||porno movie, nono|||Gay hentai|||I would have to say that Legally Blonde is a good choice. While it doesn't "accurately portray American teenage girls" (I would have to say Thirteen or Mean Girls do that, but I don't know, it's kind of hard to understand if you're not directly familiar with American culture, and Thirteen is really sexual) it is definitely light-hearted, and shows a blonde, fashionable girl going through law school despite her girly appearance, and the criticism and judgements she faces along the way. I think it's Rated PG too.
